PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT – MADONNA DOYLE M.A., B.Sc. Dip.

Madonna Doyle is a well respected communications specialist, speaker, and author. Mrs. Doyle also volunteers her services in coordinating and facilitating several international leadership conferences hosted in Trinidad and Tobago. Madonna is a leader of leaders and currently heads that ministry arm of her church responsible for mentoring and developing young leaders.

A poet and dramatist Madonna Doyle has published her first collection of poems in book and CD format entitled “Morning Glory” and a second work on communication appropriately titled “Healing Conversations – A Journey to Genuine Communication Beyond Skins and Grins”.

Mrs. Doyle holds a Masters in Mass Communications from the University of Leicester, and has graduated from the University of the West Indies, with both a B.Sc. in Social Sciences (Hons.) and a post–graduate Diploma in Mass Communications (Distinct.). She is a graduate of the United States Telecommunications Training Institute earning two diplomas in Telecommunications with emphasis on the Global Information Infrastructure and on Emerging Technologies.

SPECIALIST CONSULTANT – EDDISON DOYLE F.C.C.A, CGA, MBA

Eddison Doyle has over 28 years cross-industry experience in finance and business operations. He has held various senior executive positions including Senior Marketing Executive, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in major global companies such as AT&T and Lucent Technologies Canada Corp. As Lucent Technologies Canada's CFO (1998-2003), Eddison was directly responsible for revenue growth from $30 million to more than half a billion dollars.

He consistently employs an energized, can-do management style utilizing financial analysis skills, organizational abilities, vision and tenacity. He blends motivation, leadership, creative and analytical abilities to develop and implement innovative ideas that positively impact bottom-line results. Eddison possesses an unswerving commitment to drive success in a results-oriented environment.

Eddison holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Toronto; is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants- F.C.C.A (U.K.); is a Certified General Accountant - C.G.A., Member of the Canadian Institute of Investor Relations and Member of Financial Executive Institute. He is also a graduate of the Harvard University's Graduate Business Schools’ Diploma Program-“Driving Corporate Performance from Scorekeeping to Strategy”.
